6 Inc. ("we", "us") operates the Kiroku mobile application and related web services (collectively, the "Service"). This page summarizes how we handle your personal information.

2. What we collect
- Account information: email address (and provider identifier when you sign in with Apple or Google).
- Time records: titles, memos, categories, and start/stop timestamps. These are stored locally first and, with a paid plan, synced to our servers.
- Subscription state: subscription status received from RevenueCat. We do not store full payment details.
- Operational logs: connection metadata required to operate sync.
3. How we use it
- To provide and improve the Service.
- To verify subscription state for paid features.
- To respond to support requests.
4. Security
- Communication is protected by TLS.
- Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest (AES-256). Memo content is not end-to-end encrypted.
- Postgres Row-Level Security ensures each user can only read and write their own rows.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use the following processors to provide the Service:
- Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Cloud infrastructure providers used by the above
6. Your rights
You can export or delete your data from the Account screen in the app. Deletion is a 30-day soft delete followed by permanent removal.
