These Terms govern your use of the Kiroku mobile application and related web services (the "Service") operated by 6 Inc.
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Account
- You may create an account with Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or an email magic link.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app.
3. Paid plan
- The paid plan unlocks cross-device sync, web access, and report exports.
- Pricing: ¥480 / month or ¥3,800 / year. Charges are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled in the respective store at least 24 hours before the next period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical safeguards of the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that infringes any law or third-party right.
- Upload content that violates applicable law.
5. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the records you create. We process them solely to operate the Service.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6 Inc. disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 6 Inc.'s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app or on this page. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Fukuoka District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any dispute.
