2. What we collect

  • Account information: email address (and provider identifier when you sign in with Apple or Google).
  • Time records: titles, memos, categories, and start/stop timestamps. These are stored locally first and, with a paid plan, synced to our servers.
  • Subscription state: subscription status received from RevenueCat. We do not store full payment details.
  • Operational logs: connection metadata required to operate sync.

3. How we use it

  • To provide and improve the Service.
  • To verify subscription state for paid features.
  • To respond to support requests.

4. Security

  • Communication is protected by TLS.
  • Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest (AES-256). Memo content is not end-to-end encrypted.
  • Postgres Row-Level Security ensures each user can only read and write their own rows.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use the following processors to provide the Service:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)
  • Cloud infrastructure providers used by the above

6. Your rights

You can export or delete your data from the Account screen in the app. Deletion is a 30-day soft delete followed by permanent removal.
